WebHero.com recommends that you use your ISP's SMTP server to send email from your account. However, if your ISP does not provide an SMTP server, you may use 'smtp.webhero.com'.
Some ISPs block access to the standard port that is used by SMTP. If you need to use our SMTP server but receive errors when you try to send your message, please configure your email client to use port 1025 to send email. This may allow you to bypass the ISP's restriction. Please note that this server uses POP-before-SMTP authentication, which means that you must check for new email before sending outgoing messages. You can set your email client to automatically check for new messages every fifteen minutes to ensure that you remain logged into our email server for the duration of your session.
