Installing Wordpress from the Control Panel
If you have Plesk hosting, please see this link for instructions on installing applications. 1. Log in to your account at secure.webhero.com. 2. Select the Application Installer icon on the Website tab.  3. From this screen you can customize the installation options. Choose the directory you want to install Wordpress to, the database, your site title, and the admin login credentials. Click Submit at the bottom once you are ready. IMPORTANT! When you click the Install button, you will DELETE ALL FILES AND FOLDERS in the directory you have selected for installation. A backup will be made of the selected folder and stored in your main directory above the root directory (public_html). If you need help restoring it, please contact support.  4. The installation should take just a few seconds, and then you can select Visit your new site! to see the new installation or Visit the administrator panel! to log in to your admin dashboard.  |
