Email Forwarding Issues

If you encounter the following message when trying to activate an email forward...

"Cannot add forward with that account! You already have an email account by that name!"

...then please delete the mailbox for the user that you are trying to forward. After deleting the user successfully, you will be able to setup the forwarding at that point without error. You cannot have a user as an active mailbox and a forward simultaneously.

(Note: If you are forwarding to a Hotmail or Yahoo address, your forwarded messages may be delivered to your spam or bulk messages folder. To correct this, you will need to contact your email provider to lower your spam settings if applicable.)
