To cancel services on your account, please use one of the following two methods: Online: Log into your account via the WebHero control panel and follow the "Cancel Service" link on the left. Select the products you wish to cancel, and click the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the page. Fax or Letter: If you do not wish to cancel your service online, you may send us a fax or letter requesting cancellation. Faxes can be sent to (405)753-9353. If you send a letter, please use the following address: 14000 Quail Springs Parkway Suite 3600 Oklahoma City, OK 73134 In the fax or letter, be sure to include your domain name, your username and password, and the services you wish to cancel. Please note that cancellation requests must be received at least 15 days prior to the renewal date for your products to avoid renewal charges. We cannot provide refunds for products that are cancelled after the renewal has been charged to your account. |
