The built in email application on some Android phones currently require you to set them up with an SMTP server that requires password authentication. Our servers authenticate you based on the incoming server username and password and therefore will not work properly with the default email application.
We recommend using a 3rd party email application such as K-9 Mail, which is available free in the Android Marketplace, if you have to use smtp.webhero.com to deliver email. |
