Hello Vince.
Em\EsLooks pretty good. I didn't time to stay long but I will say that the automatic video when I first landed is a no-no in my book. If the volume is up and the person is at work then you could be creating a problem. I'd at least try to prompt them or add a 15 second intro of silence so they can "opt-out" before the audio kicks in.
