I've been looking at paying the expedited application fee for a Yahoo directory listing. I think particularly at this time of year, it would be handy to jump the line for consideration for directory inclusion (I'm sure they're way backed up at the moment) and also that the increased traffic would easily make up for the cost. Only thing that I'm wondering is, how much does your traffic increase from a Yahoo directory listing? I've read lots of articles on it, but was wondering if anyone here has any personal opinions. My gut is that any hand edited directory listing from a reputable source is worth its weight. |
