What would be really cool is if there could be a board for system outages and other problems. It would probably save you guys from answering the phone so much too I'd imagine. Just somewhere there could be updates if there were any issues, etc... |

That wouldn't be such a bad idea, My old hosting provider used to have a forum for system outages. Although I could also see how it can be a hassle having to check the message boards and answer calls. |

You're right there - people are very quick to just pick up the phone. I always get afraid though that the problem has been solved and I've been left out and forgotten, patiently waiting for things to come back up when they won't (its never happened, but I'm always afraid of that). |

I believe most hosting providers have some sort of ticket support system. Whenever my sites are down for five seconds I start to worry and rush to post a ticket. Ticket Support System is very handy, you don't have to wait in front of a message board wondering if they will remember to check the forums. :) |
